Free / Discounted Shipping Rules We are proud to offer free/discounted shipping on nearly all of our products.  Since we carry such a large Variety of these products there are certain exceptions.  Most easily put, any item 10lbs or over is subject to a shipping surcharge, as it costs us more to ship these overweight items, its not possible for us to absorb these.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   As with many websites, even Amazon, we cannot guarantee that the picture will be the same exact packaging as the product you will receive.  Vendors are constantly changing packaging and we cannot keep up with the changes.  Dates on product in pictures will not be the same date you receive, you will receive fresh product.  Any promotions that you may see on pictures are not applicable to our shipments. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If the item is being returned due to customer dissatisfaction, customer ordered incorrect item or any other reason, returns are taken, however return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Any breakage would be customer's responsibility, as it is ours on the outbound shipment.

If breakage occurs, we must claim with the carrier.  We will send a replacement at no cost, however s proof is required by customer.  Either when you accept the package you not down with carrier of any damages.  Or you can e-mail us a picture of the damages also. 

Please note that as we deal with imported products, some have limited dates on them.  We can guarantee you will receive them before the expiration date, we do not however make any guarantee of how much before that date because of the reasons before-mentioned.  Images are also illustrative purposes, since we deal with imported item, images, packaging and barcodes (SKU) change often.  We do not guarantee you will receive the exact pictured item (though definatley the described product).  Manufactures are also constantly changing ingredients, pack size & other minor changes to their products.  We do our best to stay on top of item descriptions, we do however carry 10,000 different imported items and its not possible to maintain all of them.  We do not take responsibility for minor manufacturer changes in products. Please e-mail us if you have doubt. 


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to goods being in more than one location, it can take up to 24 hours upon receipt of order to ship out your goods irrespective of shipping service.  However on most orders, it will ship out next day if received before noon (CST) Except orders over the weekends. 

Please note that we reserve the right to ship any order as a partial without backorder, as from time to time we are out of stock and/or an out dated item is still on our list of 10,000 products.  If this occurs we will ship your order and refund you for the non-shipped item(s) and partial shipping as per actual.
