Kashmiri Yogurt Lamb Recipe:
Serves 3
1.kg lean rack of lamb
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp Rani's Kashmiri Curry Spice Paste
2 tbsp plain low fat or Greek yogurt
1 tsp coarsely crushed black peppercorns
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 large potato, peeled and grated using the largest hole of the grater
1 medium onion, sliced
200ml cold water
1 tbsp mint sauce
Chopped onion fry in oil until soft.
Add finely chopped ginger.
Stir in Rani® kashmiri Masala Spice Paste, cook for 1 minute.
Add water cook until evaporated .
Add Lamb, Cook until sealed.
whisk together1 tbsp plain flour, 1/2 tbsp sugar 200g yogurt until smooth.
stir yogurt mix return to heat simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken, season to preference.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with cooked Rani® Basmati Rice for the best flavor
