RECIPE: Chicken Tikka

4 (6oz) chicken breast, lightly scored
6 Tbsp plain yogurt
8 Tbsp Patak's Tikka Paste
1. In a medium plastic food storage bag, combine yogurt and Patak's Tikka Paste. Add chicken, seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on a baking sheet; discard any leftover marinade.
3. Bake, uncovered at 375°F for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot with rice and Patak's Chutneys and Relishes.
