They are savory in taste and are traditionally served with Indian Breads or as a main meal accompainiment. However, their uses outside of Indian Foods are limited only by your imagination. Try some with salads, cold meats and pizza or blend one part relish with five parts mayonnaise to make a superb savory dip.
RECIPE: Vegetarian Couscous & Mango Relish Wraps

1 ½ cups prepared plain couscous
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbsp Patak’s Mango Relish or to taste.
¼ cup silvered almonds, toasted
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
3 tbsp raisins
¼ cup mayonnaise
6 (10 in.) flour tortillas
1. Prepare couscous as package directs.
2. In a medium bowl, combine couscous, oranges, onion, mayonnaise, relish, almonds and raisins.
3. Evenly divide couscous mixture among tortillas. Roll-up and serve. Keep mixture chilled.
