Indian Chutneys: The art of making chutney's dates back hundreds of years. Chutney's are preparations of exotic fruits or vegetables preserved by cooking in sugar and spices. Chutney, although traditionally served as an Indian meal accompaniment, can also simply be added to curries while cooking. Chutney is extremely versatile with its uses outside of Indian foods, being only limited by your imagination. Try some with salads, cold meats or cheese.
