Piaz is the Indian word for onions and do pronounced as doe means twice. This North Indian dish is traditionally made with twice as many onions as the weight of the meat and is usually cooked with red meat or chicken.
RECIPE: Chicken Dopiaza

1 lb. diced chicken*
1 jar of Dopiaza Curry Cooking Sauce
1. Heat a little vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Add 1 lb. diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
3. Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice with Patak's Chutneys and Relishes.
*Alternatively, use shrimp, mixed vegetable or another meat of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
