RECIPE: Hot Curried Beef

3-4 tbsp Patak’s Hot Curry Paste
8 oz diced chicken breast
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of water
½ cup fresh or canned tomatoes
Hot, cooked rice
1. Sauté onion in oil.
2. Add beef and cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in Patak's Hot Curry Paste, cook for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and water.
5. Simmer uncovers until the beef is cooked, about 50 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
