2 tbsp Patak’s Brinjal Egg Plant Relish
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans or chick peas, drained
Pita bread wedges or assorted vegetables, for dipping.
1. In a food processor, combine beans and relish. Process until mixutre is smooth.
2. Chill until serving time. Serve with pita bread or vegetables, for dipping.
