Add onion along with salt. Mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix again and saute for 5 more minutes until the onions become golden. Step 2 Add tomato, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the cover after 5 minutes, mix well and add coconut. Mix again and cook for 2 more minutes. Step 3 Add potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk, mix again and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Step 4 Once cooked, remove the cover, transfer to a serving bowl garnish with coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
